I'm looking for the relatives of Raymond SMITH b 1834 in Lousiana married to Carolina ILES b 1850 in Virginia. Raymond and Carolina had the following children together:

Archie Smith b 1878 d 1941 in Red River
Reese Brown Smith b 1880 d 1930

I'm told that there were many Smiths in Sugartown. I'm trying to reconnect with long lost relatives. I'm also told that Reese (my great-grandfather) had a sister name Mert or Myrtis. She lived in DeRidder. Reese also lived in Oakdale, Allen Parish. If anyone in the area knows of any Smiths, please let me know.
