I am looking for any ancestors from the Thompson and Anderson family from Elizabeth La.
My mother was Vera Yvonne Anderson..She was married to Harold Bufkin til he died.
MY uncle was Forest Thompson..he was mayor of ELizabeth in the 70's,. His father ( my step grandfather) was ___Thompson had been Sheriff. He died before I was born adn I don't know his first name.
My mothers name was Vera Yvonne Anderson Thompson. Her father was actually an Anderson that died when she was little. MY grandmother Vera Inez Anderson..married a Thompson after that.
MY aunt and Uncle were Bill and Billie Sue Scammahorn, they lived in Elizabeth their whole loves til death in the 80's

Vera Thompson was my grandfather's third wife. His name was Malcolm Carroll from Oberlin, La. in Allen Parish. His first two wives died of cancer. Both Vera and Malcolm died in 1973, he died 30 March and I believe she died five months later in August of '73 while visiting family in Arizona. I will try to find out more information on her past.

I can't find out much about her line. I know she was married to WH Anderson, my grandfather. Then to a Thompson and then you gf. I know her mothers name was Nancy Davis.
