Louis BRUCE. Born 9 June 1903 in Church Point LA. His parents were Joseph BRUCE and Felica JANISE/JANIS. Joseph's parents are Robert BRUCE and Emilia BENOIT.

Joseph and Felicia/Felica were married 16 January 1896 in Church Point LA.

Joseph was born in Louisiana ca. 1878.

His father, Robert, was born (according to the 1880 census) in Alabama ca.1844.

Robert's father is listed as being born in Alabama, and mother as being born in MS.

In 1880, Robert, his wife, Emilia, and Joseph were living in the 6th Ward, Winn, Louisiana.
