A friend is looking for the descendants of two Confederate soldiers, Jules Gilbert buried in old Rayne Cemetery and Joseph Oliver Holloway buried in Mire cemetery.

These two soldiers served with the friends ancestor and after the war the three were released at Bayou Chico and walked home to Lafayette parish together. The friend, Mr. Bonin wishes to meet with the descendants of these two soldiers.
