I am searching for any information on Duplechin Leger. He was married to Louise LeBlanc. They had a child named Marie Ozite Leger, who was baptized on October 20, 1912, in Rayne, La. Ozite married Adonis Abshire in 1932. Ozite and Adonis had a total of 9 children, giving them all up to seperate foster homes. This is my husbands family, and we are trying desperately to find who his family truely is, and if there are any native americans linked to this family. Many want to claim native blood for their 'casino checks'. We want to know where he comes from for the simple fact of not knowing who his true family is, and where he belongs.
