Charles T. Parker, 70, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, died March 22, 1996 at his home. A native of Frankfort, he was a son of the late Albert R. and Lida Clark Parker and was a Navy World War II veteran. Survisors are two brothers: Davis F. Parker of Nicholasville and Elmer Parker of Florida; three sisters: Hazel Columia of Midway, Anna Smith of Millville and Wanda Lee Tome of Colorado. A brother, Raymond Wilson Parker, is deceased. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Jessamine County, Kentucky.
