Looking for step brother who lived in KY when I was around 11-12 , Iam not 38. His mothers name was Jean and his father was Kenneth Suggs of NC.
He would be in his 40-60 now , Im just not really sure.. he was my half brother on my fathers side *kenneth suggs also*
I do believe his middle name was the same as my fathers which is Elroy.
