I am looking for information on Spencer or Curtis family members. Maybe someone out there with that name had a baby left with them and they ended up raising her. I t would have been in the 1930's. I was adopted, as was my birth mother, so this search is going to be difficult. My biological mother was the child who was abandoned. Her father was in the military and sent her war bonds. Please help if you can. This occured in the Mount Sterling area. Thanks.
