Does anyone know where Shirley, Kentucky is located?

I have a photo-postcard of a Lakes relative which lists her hometown as Shirley, Kentucky. I believe the photo was taken around 1920. Most of my Lakes family came from Jackson County, but I can't find a town called Shirley in Jackson. Can anyone help?
