I can't seem to find any references on how to locate Warren Co. marriage records from the later 1800s. Would someone please help me with directions on where to go to find these records? I especially need to find the record for a marriage of a John W. Esper Sr. (or possible name variants) to a widow Juliet R. Johnson Holland probably between 1875 and 1880 but may be as early as 1870 to 1880. A death record for John W. Esper's second wife (Juliet is #3) Elizabeth Frances "Fannie" Fox who probably dies @ 1875 would be almost as useful to me.
