I am looking for information on Joseph(Joe)Bentley of Pike co.b.1861 d.?.He married Sarah Elizabeth Potter b1862 d.? Joseph Bentleys parents were Simon Bentley and Nancy Hall. I have no dates on any of these Bentleys or where they came from.I do know Joseph Bentley and Sarah Potter had a son named Simon Bentley b 1896 d.1985.He married a Virgie Little b1898 d 1970. This Simon and Virgie were my grandparents.Any help would be greatly appreciated.My genealogy is suppose to go back as follows--My father is Joseph(Joe) Bentley, my grandfather is Simon Bentley, my GG GG Grandfather is Joseph(Joe)Bentley and my GGG grandfather is Simon Bentley.
