I wanted to honor the memory of Virgil Carmon "Joe" TAYLOR. He died April 28, 2011, in California. He contributed much to the online statistics for Ohio County. Fortunately his web site is still up. He was posting info, up to, just a few days before his death. Thanks, Joe!
