Sorry, I never did find out the parentage of James M. Myers. I saw a tree on ancestry.com that is unsourced listing James M. Myers date of birth and date of death. I found James in the following census in 1840, 1850, 1870 & 1880 but was unable to find him and his family in the 1860 census.
