Do you have Elizabeth Flora who married James Fitzpatrick 1798 in Bourbon Co., KY and raised their family in Nicholas Co., KY. in early 1800's? Their Fitzpatrick Children: William marr Elizabeth ?, Nancy marr Alexander Dean, Margaret (Peggy) marr Abraham Dean, Martha (Patsy)was blind, Job marr Sally McCan, Christiana marr James Workman, & Cathrine marr James Dougherty.

I have so little info on the Flora family. I have heard some reference somewhere to the Fitzpatrick name. Other names I have listed in the area of Nicholas, Woodford,Bourbon,Fayette Cos. are Myers(my surname,from my dad,Colis born at Versailles,my grandfather,Abe,born Versailles m Mittie Littrell,Abe's father John Mack Myers m. Mattie Elizabeth Flora(I think that is her whole name). John Mack's father was an Abraham and I hear his father was George Myers of Nicholas Co. Mattie Flora's parents were Sanford Flora and Betty Githens. Other names in the area I am looking for are Stephen Littrell and Mittie Thompson, Bluford Littrell and Mary Elizabeth Lancaster. Elizabeth Lancaster's parents were Henry Lancaster and Elizabeth Wilhoit. I need anything on any of these people. Will share what I have. Eva

Eva, do you have a marriage date for your Mattie Elizabeth Flora who married John Mark Myers? The Elizabeth Flora who married James Fitzpatrick was married 1798 in Bourbon Co., KY but raised their family in Nicholas Co., KY who were born from 1801 through about 1811. I understand that James may have remarried a couple of times which means Elizabeth could have also. Maybe she is the Mattie Elizabeth Flora who married John Mark Myers? Thanks for your reply, Pam

Flora and the last info I have on him he was living in Carlyle Ky.
His youngest son William S. Flora
lived near Buzzards Roost and he lived in Myers Station when he died.I am at a brick wall on this line. hg

Hi..I am wondering if there is a connection to my Sanford Flora? I had heard that possibly his first name was WILLIAM Sanford Flora? I don't know who his father was..but I know who he married and their children. Sandford married Elizabeth Githens (sometimes found as Betty GIBBONS). Does any of this sound familiar?
