Michael Gorman and his family were in the 1870 and 1880 Nelson County census. I am looking for information on their ancestors and their life in Nelson County. Michael was born in Ireland. I think he had two wives, Bridget, born 1830 in Ireland who was in the 1870 census and the second was Mary, born 1838 in Ireland. This would mean Bridget died around 1871 because Mary had a baby in 1872. OR it could be Mary and Bridget are the same person and the census takers were wrong on one of the census' about her age. This is the type of detail I am trying to determine.
