I am looking for information on the above John & Margret.
I know that they were in in Martin County, Indiana before 1850.
In the pension of their son, Alfred, Margret states they were married in Dubois County, Indiana in 1829. However, ALL their older children are listed as being born in Kentucky on respective census. There son, my line, John J. BELL's second marriage return, he lists his place of birth as NELSON County, KY.
Census data for both John & Margret most consistantly lists their place of birth as Pennsylvannia.

Is there any chance that my john is tied to either of these families listed? Any help will be greeatly appreciated.
