I am looking for the family of ALFRED BRYANT(O'BRYANT. He was born in Nelson County, KY.in 1802. His father Lewis BRYANT was granted land in MS in 1831 by the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek through his Choctaw wife. Alfred later went to Ohio and married NANCY FORD. In 1810 Nelson Co., census Lewis BRYANT is listed.
I would appreciate any help in finding Alfred's mother's name. Thank you.

I was looking at old postings and found yours re: alfred bryant (o'bryant). His mother's name is possibly Louisa Ford. If he had a son, Thomas Franklin O'Brien, b. 25 February 1827, we may on the right track. Let me know. my cousin, denaeob@aol.com is also looking into the family.
