Following Information that I do have on Cogdills
Robert Marion Cogdill (need more information) Born in Greenville TN. Married:
(Angeline Davis)they had 8 children 3 boys five girls

Oline or Olive Cogdill-married name unknown
Fannie A. Cogdill-Nelson

When Angeline died Robert Marion Cogdill then Married
Ellen Strange(need more information) ellen's mothers name was: {Elizabeth Strange (full blooded Cherokee Indian) never married but had four children I only know two names John and Ellen I hear that Ellen belonged to a Dr. Allen}
Then Robert and Ellen had 3 more children 2 boys and one girl
Ellen also had 3 children from a previous marriage:
Conway Brice
Harvey Brice
Calvin Brice (She also had lost her spouse recenntly)
Joseph and Ellens Children:
Joseph Dewey Cogdill my grandfather
Steven Andrew Cogdill
Carrey Cogdill-Church
(PLUS THE 3 Brice BOYS ABOVE)
After Ellen died (she was expecting another child at time of her death 39 maybe older when she died)
Robert then married Emma Branson there were no children from this marriage as far as I know.
