Have found that (my GGrandfather)John William Voris' mother was Melissa Jane Tipton who married Alexander Voris.
They may have had other children but one I know of is Carrie Alexander Voris who married Robert Crigler and then Louis Hamilton Hill, if I am correct. I have photos of Minnie and Ethel Crigler.
Melissa and Alexander may have also had a daughter Sally/ie but am unclear on this. Any other children anyone may know of?
Melissa later married Benjamin Rose and had to my knowledge two daughters: Emma Rose and Marie Rose. Any other children? Have photo w/these 2 and a boy.
I also have photos of Melissa and most of these children but need help w/some identification if anyone can help. Also, does anyone know if Ruby Voris Hill is the dau of Carrie or Sally? Have gotten conflicting answers.
Would love to share photos and info.
