I have the same information on Samuel Worley as Pam does. He was my great-grandfather. My grandmother, Lona Worley Barnett, was his 10th child. How do you know that Mary Ann (Polly) Hamlin was a full Native American? I had not heard that before although I had heard family stories of having Native American blood. I'd also be interested in your information about their having given land to build a church.

Hi Pam, do you have a Dow Worley, son of Lewis Worley in your family tree? My father, Otis Vanover, recorded an oral history on his death from my grandmother, Angeline Vanover. Write if you're interested. My email address is vanovea@focushope.edu

Looking for any other information you may have on Desc. of George M. Ridner of McCreary Co. KY. He would have been my husband's ggrandfather. We never knew his name. My father-in law very ill, passed away Oct. 98. He could not remember much about his family. His father Clayton Ridner was married to Ama Trammell(Clayton is son of George M.) Thank you.

It has been some time since these messages were posted, but I would love to have any information you were able to gather. I am related to Nancy Rose and James Worley. I had down that Samuel was married to Mary Ann Ham(b)lin, but do not have a list of their children or any information on Mary Ann--if you get this message--would you please send me the info? Also do you have any information on Samuels siblings? I have that Nancy and James had 12 children, but have nothing beyond their names.
