I actually do think that Emma was married to a Parks before she married Ell Foust. My great-grandmother (Ell's niece) told me before she died that Emma had been married to a Parks, and Ora Hendrickson Fields (Emma's niece) said the same thing. I want to say his name was Ed Parks. Or maybe it was Parker?
Don't know if you have this or want it, but Mary Williams was Mary Louvina Williams, born 13 Feb 1850, Marshall Co., KY, died 13 Jan 1947, Benton, Marshall Co., KY. Daughter of J. Williams and Sally Smith.
In 1900, living with George and Mary is Emma Parker, daughter, a widow.
