Addie Turner MADDOX, age 81, of MIDDLETOWN, OH passed away October 14, 2009 at her residence. She was born August 31, 1928 in Letcher County, KY to Everett and Ona (Jones) Turner. She was a homemaker. Addie was a lifetime member of the DAV and loved watching her grandson Toby while he raced cars. She earned her GED in 1985. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles E. Maddox in 1982; brothers, Hayden Turner and Glenn Turner; sisters, Lenora Hydler and Rosie Marie Turner. Addie is survived by her daughter Brenda (Doug) Bailey; son Mike (Susie) Alfrey; grandchildren, Todd (Jean) Bailey, Toby (Elonda) Alfrey, Amy (John) Gallisdorfer; great- grandchildren, Tony Carder, Billie (James) Van Winkle, Robby Bailey, Kelsey Alfrey, Zack and Nathan Allen; good friend, Mary Griffin; sister-in-law Shirley Turner; brother -in-law Robert Hydler and many loving nieces, nephews and family members and friends. Visitation will be held October 17, 2009 from 12:00- 2:00 PM at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Marc Begley officiating.
