Steven J. “Wolfgang” Schlinkert, 39, of Cedarville, OH passed away April 25, 2009, at his residence. He was born November 8, 1969, in Covington, KY, the son of David and Carol Meier Schlinkert. He was a member of St. Brigid Church and a veteran of the US Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Celeste (Koppinger) Schlinkert, whom he married August 20, 1994, a son, Jacob Schlinkert, daughter, Kayla Schlinkert, parents, David and Carol Schlinkert, Moores Hill, IN, brother, Kenneth Schlinkert, Moores Hill, IN, and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lori (Michael) Muller, Beech Grove, IN and Kathi (David) Grey, Cincinnati, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. April 28, 2009, at St. Brigid Church, 312 Fairground Road, Xenia, with Rev. Kenneth Schartz officiating. Burial will be held at the Dayton National Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a favorite charity. Neeld Funeral Home is in charge of services.
