I am in need of ANY info pertaining to these families. Alfred and Bernice (VanSkaik) are my great Grandparents, their son William who wasnt born until 1933 was my grandfather. I know nothing other than what I have here. I did find marriage record for Sarah E. Martin to John F. Stephens online no dates but it was in Kenton Co, Ky.

Also- we wre told growing up we are "black dutch" of course investigating this I found it could be an illigitamate child or tri racial and many other things, of course my grandpa was VERY dark compl. but I think his father was an illigitamate child to Sarah E. Martin because she is listed as single in 1900 census, not md wd or divorced! but in 1920 he is living with her and shes marked as his mother, and wd by then!
