Jackie Lynn Holladay, 45, of Louisville, died Sunday at Caritas Medical Center. She was a native of Bloomfield, KY. She was preceded in death by her son, Frederick Holladay. Survivors include her husband, Thomas J. Holladay; son, Joe Holladay; daughter, Rebecca Lynn Marcum; sister, Mary Ann Achgill; and grandchildren, Christopher, Nicole and Kaylin Marcum. The funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow in Restahven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 12 noon on Wednesday at the funeral home.
