I am looking for the obit on my cousin above he resided in muhlenberg county but died in hopkins county 0n 10-28-1996 and am trying to find his children Pam Smith ? and Darlene Smith ? i believe they are both married now and live in evansville ind. these are my cousins also. If some one could get the obit for me i will be able to pay a nominal fee.

In checking the Madisonville Messenger obituaries for 1996, I find none for Bernard Smith. Madisonville has the honor of being the largest non-urban medical center in the entire U.S. with patients coming here from a wide geographic area. Since Mr. Smith died here, it wouldn't necessarily mean he would have an obituary in the local paper. He probably had no Hopkins Co. connections. You should post your message on the Muhlenberg Co., Ky. and Vanderburgh Co., In. boards. Good luck. Phil

Browining database in Evansville and type in Bernard Smith.
