my mother's ring had 'J.W. & B. U. Dec. 29, 1907' inscribed inside. The thing is, neither of my parents had those initials. My father's family was from Henderson and his family had Whitledges and Weldons. Is there a marriage from that day in Henderson that would explain the ring? I assume it was passed down to dad. My folks didn't marry until 1933.
