I am looking for someone that would be willing to look up papers at the Henderson County, Ky. Clerk's office. I will pay for reasonable costs. There should be a Guardianship filed about November 1897, by J. L. and wife Sarah F. Glasscock on behalf of their minor children, Samuel S. Glasscock, James A. Glasscock and Joseph Glasscock for their interest in a 70 ac. tract of land. I have a copy of papers filed in Probate Court, Smith County, Texas, Nov. 15, 1897 regarding same, Petitioned by: Nathan F. Glasscock, By. W. T. Henderson. It shows an interest, subject to tenure of heir mother, but does not listed the mother's maiden name. I believe her maiden name was Snow. The James A. Glasscock, minor, is my husband's grandfather and I am hoping the papers will show his mother's maiden name etc.
