Mrs. Sarah C. Knarr, 86, born in Berry, Ky., died yesterday at her home on North Chester Avenue in Indianapolis. She had been a resident of that State for 32 years and a member of Westport Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Samuel C. Knarr of Indianapolis; four daughters, Mrs. Onie Abraham and Mrs. Chloe Frakes of Yorktown, Mrs. Lena Neall of Kokomo, and Mrs. Ada Auth of Portland, Ore.; two sons, Clyde and Raymond Knarr of Indianapolis; 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Burial in Washington Park Cemetery. [dated November 8, 1948]
