Through obituaries and funeral programs, I have discovered that I have a gr-gr-gr-grandmother, born a slave to the David T. Thomas Family of Hardin County Kentucky. Here name was Sarah Francis Thomas born July 4, 1855. Supposedly her mother died while she was an infant and her dying mother gave Sarah to a maiden sister of David T. Thomas to raise her.

I am researching the lineage of David T. Thomas, both present and past.

Any info will be helpful.
