Gail Faye Denton, 46, of Glasgow, Ky., died on Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Daughter of Dorothy Jean Hiser of Monroe and the late H.T. Hiser, she was a member of Monroe Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was married to Bobby Denton, who survives. Other survivors include four brothers and three sisters-in-law, William and Betty Jewell, Ira and Martha Hiser and Wayne Jewell, all of Monroe, and Steve "Butch" and Willow Dean Jewell of Greensburg, Ky.; one sister and brother-in-law, Oma and Billy Riordan of Horse Cave, Ky.; her mother-in-law, Ora Denton of Monroe; four brothers-in-law, Jimmy Denton and his wife Waverly of Tennessee, Johnny Denton and Joe Denton and his wife Judy, all of Monroe, James Denton and his wife Jeanette of Park City, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral was on Thursday, Feb. 19 at the Winn Funeral Home in Horse Cave. Burial was in the Walthall Cemetery at Monroe.
