W.J. Loyall, 80, son of the late J.T. and Martha Risen Loyall, was born 21 Oct 1890 in Green Co. and died at 10:27 pm Fri. 3 Sept 1971 a t the Jane Todd Crawford Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Hodges Chapel Methodist church at the time of his death. He united in marriage to Miss Mary milby, who preceded him in death in 1919. To this union were born 2 daughters. Surviving is Mrs. Katherine Durham, Clarksville, Ind. Mrs. Dora Durham preceded her father in death in 1949. He united in marriage to Miss Emma Chapman 8 Jan 1927, who survives. To this union were born 2 son: Winfred L. Loyall, Hamburg, NY and William C. Loyall, Shepherdsville. Mr. Loyall is also survived by 1 sister: Mrs. Mary Matt Creason, Greensburg; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 3:30 pm Sun. 5 Sept 1971 at the Hodges Chapel Methodist Church with burial in the Hodges Chapel Cem. Revs. Lester Carter and Thurman Eaton officiated. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were: Charles Dobson, Henry W. Mays, Eugene Pepper, Howard Bale, Oval Warren and Leonard Price.
