I think we have the same Lacy in our family.
This is what I have for him:
Lacy Midyett (b: 3-11-1835 in Graves Co., KY; d: 1905). Lacy died while on a trip to Southern IL to see people he had not seen since 1886. He is buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. His wife was Jemima Ann WILSON (b:2-18-1832 Graves Co., KY . d: 1-31-1904.) His brother was Jesse James Midyett and parents were Henry and Mary (Meadows) Midyett.

I would love to see a picture of him if you have one!
