Looking for a bit of help with James Wesley Crouch and Josephine Copeland Crouch's daughter, Dorinda Crouch. Dorinda/Lorinda was my 2nd great grandmother and she seems to have disappeared after 1880. The story from family says that Dorinda m. William Dillon and had a daughter named Margaret Dillon/Dillen b. in 1884 in Obion County, TN.

Margaret Dillon (age 16) shows in the 1900 Graves County, KY census in the household with James Wesley and Josephine Crouch. No William Dillon or Dorinda anywhere around. No record of a marriage for Dorinda, no evidence of death, ...just nothing. Margaret was married four times: 1) Oscar Mathis, Obion County, 2) Alvis Newsome, 3). J.R. (Bob) Clark, 4) Robert McGrew.

The only evidence that is available to prove that Margaret Dillon is the daughter of William Dillon and Dorinda Crouch is Margaret's marriage record to Robert McGrew. The same document lists Obion County as her birthplace. Margaret refused to discuss her early life with anyone so there are few clues.

Can anyone help me out with James Wesley's descendants? I'm am most interested in Dorinda, but would like to know about Dorinda's siblings as well.
