Anne L. Blackburn Wheeling, 67, of Erlanger, died Tuesday at St. Luke Hospital, West Florence. She was a homemaker and a member of Erlanger Lions Club. Her husband, John L. Wheeling, died in 1993. A son, David Blackburn, died in 1972. Survivors include daughters, Tonya Young of Southgate and Lynn Thomas of Erlanger; sons, James M. Blackburn of Dry Ridge and Tracy l. Blackburn of Owenton; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be Friday at Forest Lawn Cemetery Chapel, Erlanger. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
