Robert L. Allman, 82, of Covington, died Sunday at Madeira Health Care Center, Madeira, Ohio. He was the owner of Bob's TV Shop, Madeira, a member of Madeira Church of Christ, and a Navy veteran of World War II. His first wife, Maxine Howland Allman, died in 1989. Survivors include his wife, Carnelta Webster Allman; a son, Gary Lin Allman of Cincinnati; daughters, Darla Vogelpohl of Toledo, Ohio, and Sharon Ott of Seattle; a stepson, Doyle H. Webster of Cincinnati; six grandchildren; a great-grandchild; three step-grandchildren; and a step-great-great-granddaughter. Services will be Wednesday at Madeira Church of Christ. Burial will be in Graceland Memorial Gardens, Mildord, Ohio. Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Crittenden, is handling the arrangements.
