James B. "Jay" Huff, 62, of Covington, Ky., died August 4, 1985 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the First Christian Church, Covington. Survivors are his wife, Dorothy Huff; father, Blaine Huff of Independence; sister, Blanche McMillan of Independence; brother, Charles Huff of Palamino, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Morgan Cemetery, Morgan, Ky.
