My uncle Walter Miller was raised in a Foster Home in Dry Ridge. He was born 6-9-1915 in Menifee County, Ky and died in VA Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio on 3-11-1983. Long story as to why he was taken from his mother, my grandmother. Does anyone know who the foster parents were? Any Photos? I know he spent several years in the Army.
