Elie E. Duncan, 66, of Williamstown, Kentucky, died Sunday, January 5, 2003 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South in Edgewood. He was a retired factory worker. Survivors are his wife, Wanda Duncan; two stepsons, Rick Wilson of Williamstown and Wayne Wilson of Charleston, West Virginia; five stepdaughters, Penny Back of Wilmington, Ohio, Pam Mulligan of California, Linda Wilson and Rita Wilson, both of Malvem, Arkansas, and Teresa Wilson of Washington Court House, Ohio; one sister, Betty Eldridge of Somerset; eleven stepgrandchildren; and six stepgreat-grandchildren. Funeral services were January 9 at Rogers-McDaniel Funeral Home in Corinth. Burial was in the Wilmington Baptist Church Cemetery in Fiskburg.
