Madie Faulkner Roland, 86, of Williamstown, Ky., died August 8, 1998 at Grant Manor Health Care Center in Williamstown. She was born in Mason, a daughter of the late William and Dora Belle Robinson Faulkner, and was preceded in death by her husband, Arvel Roland. She was a member of the Williamstown Baptist Church. Survivors are one son, David D. Roland of Oshkosh, Wisc.; one daughter, Shirley Simpson of Williamstown; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Burial in Mason Cemetery.
