I am looking for information on how the court would distribute funds of a person who died with no wife, no children, and no will. I hope that information will help me identify how the following persons were related to Samuel J Tatem.
Jerry Radke
Harrisburg, PA

------------------------------------------

Samuel J. Tatem died on Nov 29, 1944 in Lincoln County, Ky. His wife, Jennie, had died earlier, and they had no children. Looks like funds were distributed to the living descendants of the siblings of his mother (Amanda M. Holman) and father (William P. Tatum).
