Nanetta Rice, age 83, of Dayton, OH departed this life August 23, 2007. She was a native of Lancaster, KY and had resided in Dayton over 60 years. A member of First Baptist Church of Lancaster, KY. Preceded in death by her son Caesar Romero Rice. Survivors include her niece and nephews, Rosetta Flournoy, Leslie Anderson, Sr. and Reggie (Naomi) Anderson; great nieces and nephews, Tyrone Frost, Rhonda Plump, Fannie E. Rogers and Leslie Anderson, Jr. Many other great-great-nieces and nephews; cousins, Rev. John Leslie Burton and Cleo Linton, Lancaster, KY. Devoted friends, Myra Rice and Katherine Obie. Memorial services will be 12:00 Noon, August 28, 2007 at H.H. Roberts Funeral Home, 38 So. Gettysburg Ave. Rev. Gerald Marshall, officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to services. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Kidney Foundation.
