Per authoress, William B. Jones married Miss Emily Wharton on 10 Aug 1830 in Garrard Co. KY. Because the Jones name is so very common, tracing specific ancestors can present enormous problems for the genealogist. However, per review in "The Genealogical Helper" magazine, this book "does a fine job of tracing their descendants to some 18 other states, from Michigan to California. There are many photographs, a great deal of family information and some fine profiles of individual family members."
