On Nov. 19, 1939 Raymond Dobbins was shot at Garrett and he died at Lackey. Where could I find a newspaper article about the shooting and any subseuqent trial? Raymond was buried in Logan county, WV. I have an obituary from WV, but nothing about the shooting.
