I am looking for info on my grandfather William Jackson. His parents were Isaac and Elizabeth Wells Jackson. They lived in the Little Fork area of Elliott Co. I have been trying to locate a marriage license for Isaac and Elizabeth. But I understand there was a fire in the courthouse in Elliott Co in the 1950's. They would have gotten married in the 1870's?
