william spencer went to KY around1870 he married sarah adkins. I think he came from carrol co va don't know his mother or fathers name could be samuel spencer I don't think that williams father went to Elliott Co KY with .william passed in 1906 so can't get a death record sarah passed in the 20's.their some of their grandchildren still live in Elliott KY .if anyone knows anything about this family your help would be welcomed.I will be glad to share what I have also.
