I bought this from the Clay Co Historical Society about 2yrs ago. Must have been right after it was published. I also have the other book they offer The dates in it are from 1924-1934.
In the Acknowledgements it has all the other names you mentioned . transcribed by Kimberly Johnson, County Effective date by James E Welch, Microfilm of the marriages donated by Jess D Wilson, project supervisor Laura E Johnson. It appears this book is all the others in one volume. You could call the historical society to find out the phone # in this book says (606) 598-5507. They are very helpful.
