My gr gr grandfather, John BELEW/BIRLEW b. 1810-1818 North Carolina, is found in the 1850 Christian Co., KY. census. He married Milbrey (ROBINSON) abt. 1838 in Smith Co., TN. They went to Christian Co., KY. about 1847.

Living in the household with John Birlew in the 1850 census is Jane EVERETT, b. 1790 KY.

I'm hoping to discover others that had ancestor with these surnames living in Christian Co., KY. during 1850, in hopes that I can discover a family connection.

This BELEW-BALEW family may have also had COX-CRITTENDEN & ROACH connections in this area at that time.
