Trying to find out the name of the 2nd wife of William P.Hogue. He married Hulda C. Taylor in 1883 in Casey Co., Ky. She died in 1899. His second wife's name was George Ethel but she want by Ethel. Does anyone know her maiden name and when and where they were married? Thank you.
