      <title>James A Jennings: 175?-1834 David Jennings about that time?</title>
      <link>http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.kentucky.counties.caldwell/8671/mb.ashx</link>
<description>Looking for information to determine whether the father of Garret Jennings (wife Letta: born in SC, lived in Caldwell County where several of his children were born, moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama) was the son of James A Jennings, who died in Caldwell County in 1834 and is living there in 1810, or a David Jennings. I see a Garret Jennings mentioned in the will of James. I see no record of a David of an appropriate age. I am pretty sure his father was James. However, some researchers say it was David because he was mentioned as his father in a magazine of Tuscaloosa, Alabama history. I wrote to the author of the article asking for the documentation of David as the father, but never heard back. Is there any David Jennings in Caldwell County who was born in SC around 1750? Thank you.</description>
